Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order a wedding invitation website from YouInvite.

The service

We design and host a wedding invitation website using one of our designs and the details you give us. Package contents are listed on our pricing section.

Payment

Payment is made via UPI: 50% advance to start, balance when you approve your invite. Work starts once the advance is received.

Changes

The number of revisions depends on your package. Changes outside the package, such as extra events or languages, may be charged as add-ons.

Refunds

The advance is refundable if you cancel before we start work. Once we've shared your first preview, the advance is non-refundable.

Hosting

Your invite stays online for the period included in your package. You can extend it before it ends; otherwise we take it offline.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the photos, music and text you send us, and that it doesn't break any law.

Our designs

Our templates and artwork remain the work of YouInvite. You get a personal licence to use your invite for your wedding.
